Layers
A layer of your own.
A layer is the whole app again, empty. Guarded layers open with a key only you know. From the outside, noapps looks the same with or without one.
What a layer is
Every layer is like a phone of its own, with its own contacts, its own card and its own Letters. The first layer is the open one: it is where noapps opens.
Guarded layers
A guarded layer opens with a key only you know. A key can be a whole sentence. What sits on a guarded layer is sealed with that key, on the phone.
There is no list of layers and no reset, and we never see the key. Nobody can open a guarded layer without its key, not even us.
Letters in layers
Every layer has its own Letters identity. A letter opens in the layer where that contact lives. Letters, Workout, Run and Cycle are not offered inside guarded layers yet.
Layers and the backup
Your backup file carries everything, Letters included. Guarded layers stay sealed by their key, in the backup file and in the iPhone backup alike.
What is free, what is Lifetime
Visible layers are free. Guarded layers are part of Lifetime: 59 €, once, no subscription. What Lifetime unlocks.
