1. Overview

NoApps ("we", "our", "the app") is a personal productivity terminal developed by Secure Standards GmbH. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information when you use our iOS and Android application.

2. Data We Collect

We collect no personal data. All content you create in NoApps — notes, todos, journal entries, goals, workouts, budget entries, files, tracking data, settings, display name, user ID — is stored exclusively in your device's local storage and never transmitted to our servers.

3. Third-Party APIs

NoApps uses the following third-party services for specific features. These services receive limited, non-personal request data:

• Open-Meteo — for the /weather command. Your search query (city name) is sent. No account required. Privacy policy: open-meteo.com
• CoinGecko — for the /crypto command. The coin symbol is sent. No account required. Privacy policy: coingecko.com
• MyMemory (Translated) — for the /translate command. The text you submit for translation is sent to their servers. An anonymized email address is used to increase the daily character limit. Privacy policy: translated.net

None of these services receive personally identifiable information from NoApps users.

4. AI Features

The AI companions and text refinement (/refine) process the text you actively submit in order to generate a response. Inputs are processed transiently and are not used to identify you, build a profile, or train models on our behalf.

5. Local Storage

The following data is stored locally on your device only:

• Notes, todos, journal entries
• Goals, workouts, budget and tracking data
• Files and folders (including hidden-path folders)
• User settings (language, font size, theme, colors)
• Display name and generated user ID
• Hashed PIN values (PINs are never stored in plain text)
• Background image URI (if set)

This data is deleted when you uninstall the app or use the /reset command.

6. Analytics & Tracking

NoApps contains no analytics, no crash reporting services, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking of any kind. We do not know how many people use the app or how they use it.

7. This Website

noapps.app sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. Fonts are self-hosted — no requests are made to third-party servers when you visit this site. That is why you see no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

8. Children's Privacy

NoApps does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
